Usually when paying with a credit card, the bank needs to review the payment first.

1) If the order payment fails and shows "dishonored", it means that the bank needs to confirm that the cardholder is making the payment.
You need to call your bank and tell them the serial number of the credit card payment and ask them to pay through this order.
2) Try to re-pay the order or switch to another credit card.
- Unpaid or unpaid orders will not result in a chargeback.
